Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for a construction company, responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations on site. Opportunity for professional development and a challenging work environment **SSOMA SUPERVISOR \- CONSTRUCTION COMPANY** We are a construction company currently seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for a project located in CP UCHUMARCA, YANAHUANCA, DANIEL ALCIDES CARRION, PASCO, who meets the following requirements: **Requirements** · Degree-holding and registered professional in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. · Experience in civil construction projects. · Minimum 2 years of experience in safety, occupational health, and environmental (SSOMA) areas on site. · Knowledge of legal regulations on safety and occupational health, IPERC management, ATS, PETS, and risk management. · Excellent organizational and planning skills. · Strong communication and leadership skills. · Ability to work under pressure. **Benefits** · Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. · Market-competitive remuneration. · Career progression opportunities. · Positive work environment and challenging objectives. **Working Conditions:** · Atypical work schedule: 28\*7 · Willingness to work in provincial locations. **Responsibilities:** · Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards on site. · Implement and monitor the project’s SSOMA plan. · Prepare and validate IPERC, ATS, and other risk management documents. · Conduct periodic inspections and report unsafe acts and conditions. · Train and raise awareness among staff on safety and risk prevention topics. · Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare reports with corrective actions. · Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). · Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with SSOMA standards. · Prepare safety and environmental reports and indicators. · Propose improvements to safety processes and environmental management. **Note:** Attach the UNIQUE LABOR CERTIFICATE to your RESUME. **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site employment Work Location: On-site employment
