**SSOMA SUPERVISOR \- CONSTRUCTION COMPANY**
We are a construction company currently seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for a project located at CP UCHUMARCA, YANAHUANCA, DANIEL ALCIDES CARRION, PASCO, who meets the following requirements:
**Requirements**
· Degree-holding and licensed professional in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
· Experience in civil construction projects.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety, occupational health, and environmental management (SSOMA) on construction sites.
· Knowledge of legal safety and occupational health regulations, IPERC management, ATS, PETS, and risk management.
· Excellent organizational and planning skills.
· Strong communication and leadership abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure.

**Responsibilities:**
· Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations on site.
· Implement and monitor the project’s SSOMA plan.
· Prepare and validate IPERC, ATS, and other risk management documents.
· Conduct periodic inspections and report unsafe acts and conditions.
· Train and raise awareness among personnel regarding safety and risk prevention.
· Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
· Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with SSOMA standards.
· Prepare safety and environmental reports and indicators.
· Propose improvements to safety processes and environmental management.
