Job Summary:
We are seeking a multifunctional driver/warehouse worker to manage logistics, inventory, and goods distribution, while supporting operational tasks with flexibility.

**Responsibilities:**
* Operate forklifts and linear motorcycles for pickup, transportation, and delivery of packages and goods; occasionally drive vehicles (cars) as required by operational needs.
* Load and unload goods while adhering to weight limits and road safety and cargo regulations established by law.
* Maintain full inventory control: record incoming and outgoing items, maintain stock cards (kardex), conduct physical counts, and reconcile stock levels.
* Manage the warehouse: receive, verify, organize, classify, rotate, and properly locate products.
* Pick up and deliver packages and orders to suppliers, customers, or other branches, following assigned routes and timeframes.
* Inspect the condition of received and dispatched goods, reporting incidents (shortages, damages, discrepancies).
* Perform or coordinate basic preventive maintenance and promptly report mechanical failures of assigned vehicles.
* Support operational tasks related to construction, maintenance, or other functions aligned with the position, as required by operations.
* Keep vehicle documentation (SOAT insurance, technical inspection, driver's license) and warehouse documentation (delivery notes, pickup/delivery orders) up to date.
* Comply with occupational safety and health (OSH) standards during driving, loading, and handling of goods.
* Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility in response to job requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience operating forklifts and/or linear motorcycles, preferably in delivery, package pickup, or distribution activities.
* Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and/or logistics.
* Intermediate knowledge of equipment, tools, and materials related to construction.
* Basic knowledge of mechanics (preventive maintenance of motorcycles/vehicles).
* Basic knowledge of construction and/or related operational tasks.
* Full-time availability (full-time).
* Physical capability to load and unload goods within legally permitted weight limits.
* Completed secondary education; technical studies preferred.
* Basic proficiency in inventory control tools (manual logs, Excel, or other systems).
