The company **ACVO INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION S.A.C., operating in the CIVIL CONSTRUCTION sector**, is seeking talented individuals to join its team**.** **Professional:** Requires a professional in Engineering, Sociology, Social Communication, or related fields, with a degree. **Experience:** Minimum (1–2) years of experience in the public and/or private sector as a community relations officer and/or in citizen participation programs and/or civil labor contracting and/or social management. **Requirements:** Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; experience in stakeholder and social risk mapping; and experience in land negotiation and release—preferably in citizen participation and/or dialogue and coordination tables.
