Multifunctional role supporting kitchen, dishwashing, and warehouse operations. **Kitchen and Dishwashing Assistant (Dish) – Multifunctional** **Location:** Chiclayo, Lambayeque **Employment Type:** Full-time **Don Juan Restaurant \| Chiclayo** Job Description At **Don Juan Restaurant**, a fusion cuisine restaurant, we are looking for a responsible, proactive, and cooperative **Kitchen and Dishwashing Assistant (Dish) – Multifunctional**, capable of supporting various operational activities in the restaurant. We seek a dynamic individual who can primarily perform duties in dishwashing and cleaning, but is also willing to assist in the kitchen and carry out basic warehouse functions as required by operational needs. Main Responsibilities * Wash and clean tableware, cutlery, utensils, pots, and other items used during service. * Maintain the dishwashing area clean, orderly, and organized. * Assist in cleaning and organizing various kitchen areas. * Support chefs in basic food preparation and mise en place tasks. * Wash, peel, cut, and prepare certain ingredients according to the kitchen supervisor’s instructions. * Assist in transporting, receiving, organizing, and storing supplies and products. * Keep the warehouse orderly and collaborate on proper product placement. * Support basic inventory and supply control when required. * Comply with company-established hygiene, food handling, and safety standards. * Assist in other operational activities necessary for the restaurant’s smooth functioning. Requirements * Prior experience in restaurants, kitchens, dishwashing, warehousing, or similar roles. * Experience in fusion, seafood, or similar restaurants is desirable. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Ability to perform physical labor and remain active throughout the shift. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team. * Availability to perform multifunctional duties within the restaurant.
