**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** **Essential:** Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other disciplines related to the job functions. \*Professional registration for engineering degrees. Master's degree in MBA, Master's in Administration, Finance, or related fields to the sector and/or position; or alternatively: Professional Title plus proof of completion of a Master's program, or Professional Title plus 3 additional years beyond the required managerial, supervisory, or equivalent work experience. **Desirable:** Executive Strategic Management Program or specialization in Quality Management Systems, Service Quality, electrical inspection, or integrated management systems (quality, safety, occupational health, environment). **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** **Essential:** **Years of work experience:** Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in general since graduation. **Years in the Position:** Minimum 4 years in managerial, supervisory, or equivalent roles leading areas with similar characteristics or responsibilities, in public and/or private companies and/or national government entities. (These positions must have been held within the last 10 years, regardless of continuity) **Desirable:** **Years in the sector:** 2 years in public and/or private companies and/or national government entities or the electrical sector. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE** **Desirable:** Knowledge in Financial Planning, Operational Planning, Regulations of the Electricity Sector, Risk Management, Governance, certification in management systems, and in occupational health, safety, and environment, and/or other related fields.
