We are looking for students in their final academic cycles or recent graduates who wish to take their first professional steps by participating in real electrical infrastructure projects alongside a highly specialized team.
**What will you do?**
* Support project monitoring and control for transmission line and substation construction projects.
* Participate in site supervision and coordination activities.
* Contribute to the development of projects that generate business value.
* Apply your technical knowledge and propose new ideas from day one.
**Who are we looking for?**
* Students in their final academic cycles or recent graduates in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical\-Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering
* Availability to work on-site.
**Location:** You may reside in any region of the country; however, you must be available to travel to **Lambayeque**, followed by **Puno**, and other regions where Alupar develops its projects.
