**REGIONAL MANAGER \- LAMBAYEQUE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * · Degree or licensed in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * · Professional registration and license active. * · Postgraduate studies in Administration or MBA (desirable). * · Minimum 8 years of experience in similar positions. * · Knowledge of Microsoft Office. * · Proficiency with SAP system. * · Knowledge in electrical distribution, transmission and generation lines. * · Experience in project management. * · Knowledge in logistics and inventory control. * · Availability to work in Lambayeque. * · Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure the technical management of electrical transmission, generation and distribution systems according to parameters and planning defined by the Operations Management. * Maintain budget control and generate financial performance indicator reports for the sites under their responsibility, following guidelines established by the Finance Management. * Lead the implementation of the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System at the Ica and Andahuasi sites, in accordance with current national regulations, aiming to foster a culture based on safe behavior and environmental respect, in coordination with the Central SSOMA Department. * Collaborate with Human Resources Management in implementing personnel administration and talent management processes, ensuring legal compliance, promoting an optimal work environment and talent retention. * Verify proper application of storage, dispatch, stock control and warehouse inventory processes in coordination with Administration Management and the Logistics area, ensuring appropriate and timely use in operational and administrative tasks at the sites under their responsibility. * Ensure that purchased goods and contracted supplier services are performed according to purchase orders, contracts, technical specifications or terms of reference, as coordinated with Administration Management. * Enforce internal controls for the proper use of movable, immovable assets and office equipment, as coordinated with Administration Management. * Manage and supervise general services operations at the sites under their responsibility in coordination with Administration Management, including the use and maintenance of vehicles. * Oversee customer portfolio maintenance in coordination with Commercial Management to contribute to customer loyalty. * Represent the company before various governmental and regulatory agencies in the region, maintaining good relations according to directives from General Management and Legal Management. * Evaluate, together with Project Management, the progress of assigned electromechanical projects to ensure compliance with established deadlines and terms of reference. * Perform any additional duties assigned by General Management related to the position, and comply daily and responsibly with all applicable Norms, Directives, Resolutions, Procedures, Internal and External Work Regulations, Internal Control, Corporate Good Governance Code, Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Social Responsibility. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market salary. * Full social security benefits. * Food card. * 70% covered EPS health insurance. * Commuting allowance.
