Reside in Chiclayo or Chepén. Motorcycle license BIIB (Mandatory). Proficiency in: Advanced Excel (Mandatory) Intermediate Power BI (Mandatory) Intermediate AutoCAD (Mandatory) MS Project (Desirable) SAP (Desirable) Responsibilities: Monitor project execution from the management phase through to closure, including activity planning, task scheduling, action implementation, resource and budget control, deliverable verification, and report consolidation. Manage procurement and service requests by preparing them, registering them in the system, and tracking approvals. Control project budgets by monitoring expense execution and analyzing variances. Register project information in the system by entering and updating data. Prepare physical and financial progress reports by collecting and consolidating information. Coordinate administrative project management through interaction with Procurement, Accounting, and other departments. Administer project documentation by controlling, organizing, and archiving information. Verify service execution and compliance by tracking deliverables and validating with end-user departments. Control project assets and materials through registration, tracking, and inventory management.
