Formal employment registration according to labor regulations. **FORKLIFT OPERATOR** *Ferreñafe Plant* **Molino Latino**, a leading agro-industrial company in the rice sector, is currently seeking a committed professional to join our team at the plant as part of its sustained growth. **POSITION: FORKLIFT OPERATOR** **Position Objective:** To efficiently and safely execute loading, unloading, transportation, and storage operations of products (paddy rice, milled rice, raw materials, and supplies), ensuring operational continuity across the mill’s production and logistics processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the plant. * Load and unload trucks at receiving and dispatch zones. * Stack bags and products correctly in accordance with storage standards. * Supply production lines (drying, milling, bagging) according to operational requirements. * Inspect the forklift’s operational status prior to use (daily checklist). * Report mechanical failures or incidents to the maintenance department. * Strictly comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a forklift operator in industrial plants or warehouses. * Valid forklift operation certification or license (preferred). * Experience handling heavy loads (e.g., rice bags). * Basic knowledge of industrial safety. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and operational discipline. * Teamwork. * Safety orientation. * Proactivity and organization. * Ability to respond effectively to operational situations. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration according to labor regulations. * Opportunity for professional development in the agro-industrial sector. * Ongoing training. * Pleasant work environment. **Application:** Send your CV to email: *hr@grupoalcarraz.com* Or via WhatsApp: *914842531* *Please indicate in the subject line: Forklift Operator – Molino Latino* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,900\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
