We are looking for an Accounting Assistant who wishes to develop professionally and contribute to strengthening our finance team; with Opportunity for Professional Growth and Development Candidate Profile: * Graduate professional and/or final cycles of Accounting (university degree mandatory; candidates from other fields please refrain). * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting areas within industrial, manufacturing, or related companies. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and accounting ERP systems. * Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and current tax legislation. * Analytical ability, proactivity, and orientation toward continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with current accounting standards. * Record and validate accounting entries ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Analyze accounting accounts, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actions to optimize financial results. * Collaborate on process optimization initiatives, cost reduction, and strengthening of internal controls. * Other duties inherent to the position.
