Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for a food concession service, responsible for food preparation, cleaning, and inventory management at a mining unit. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work with the kitchen team **FOOD CONCESSION SERVICE AT MINING UNIT** We are a food service concessionaire currently seeking to fill the position of Cook: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Chiclayo Branch** * Responsible for preparing raw materials according to the weekly schedule for two meal services. * Responsible for preparing the warehouse inventory withdrawal list for the next day’s preparations (Withdrawal Voucher). * Responsible for preparing daily meal services. * Responsible for developing meal plans. * Performs general cleaning of the work area (pre-preparation tables, cooking tables, etc.) together with the kitchen assistant at the end of the shift. * Cleans and disinfects general areas, kitchen utensils, and equipment together with the kitchen assistant. * Responsible for completing production, quality, and safety records. * Responsible for preparing (cooking) fruit for the day’s beverage. * Responsible for warehouse stock reconciliation every Wednesday before new raw materials arrive, together with the kitchen assistant. * Assists in cleaning pre-preparation shelves, labeling all opened or transferred products, etc. * Transports supplies from warehouses to the kitchen area according to the menu schedule, together with the kitchen assistant or general helper. * Serves and attends to breakfast preparation, as well as collects trays, in collaboration with the kitchen assistant. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one * Timely salary payments * Statutory deductions * Family allowance * Full coverage under the General Benefits Regime REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum one year of experience in food concession services. **WORK SCHEDULE** 12:00 AM TO 8:00 PM (CHICLAYO), ROTATING SHIFTS MONDAY TO SATURDAY **CONTACT: 997695892** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
