Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist to consolidate and strengthen the HR department by implementing processes that support organizational growth and foster a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. 2. Implement improvements in processes, policies, and area metrics. 3. Provide HR management support to leaders. At Constructora Concepción S.A.C., we are looking for an HR Generalist for one of our offices located in Chiclayo \- Real Estate. What will be your main challenge? You will be responsible for consolidating and strengthening the Human Resources department by implementing processes that support organizational growth and foster a positive employee experience. Main Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Administer payroll, contracts, vacations, benefits, settlements, and commissions. * Ensure compliance with current Peruvian labor legislation. * Manage personnel documentation and administration. * Participate in initiatives related to workplace climate, culture, internal communication, and training. * Implement improvements in processes, policies, and area metrics. * Provide HR management support to leaders. What are we looking for? * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist roles. * Mandatory experience in: * Personnel administration. * Payroll management. * End-to-end selection processes. * Peruvian labor legislation. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Preferred experience in construction or real estate companies. * We seek an organized, autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented individual.
