ACCREDITATION ANALYST
**Position Purpose**
Verify and validate the necessary documentation, licenses, and certifications required for workers to enter and operate within services. Additionally, maintain and update accreditation records, ensure personnel are informed about the requirements and procedures necessary for their accreditation and safe operation. Also maintain and update budget control records for their management.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Social Work, or Technical Administration.
* Minimum 01\-3 years of experience in roles such as accreditor
* **AVAILABILITY FOR FIELD SERVICES OR STAFF**
* Availability for assignment at mine site
* Generate a list of required personnel (including standby personnel) according to operations, projects, and/or services, in order to map out the number of personnel needing recruitment.
* Generate data and prepare reports on interview results of approved personnel to ensure proper tracking of the recruitment process.
* Supervise that all workers have completed induction, RRCC (lockout), and current medical examinations.
* Supervise that all workers have offer letters and additional agreements, ensuring proper formalization with each worker.
* Supervise that all workers have their PPE, tools, and equipment prior to entering the mine.
* Manage the issuance of photo IDs or credentials by the mining unit to ensure proper worker access to the mine.
* Coordinate the acquisition of necessary licenses and permits for equipment operation and vehicle driving by personnel.
* Coordinate transportation outside regular shift hours using own means.
* Process cash reimbursement reports for worker enablement expenses such as food, lodging, medical checks, travel tickets, and other costs directly related to the service and/or contract, thus ensuring proper control of received cash flow.
* Generate consolidated investment reports per service, thereby ensuring compliance level with the submitted budget.
* Supervise the performance evaluation of personnel after service completion.
* Conduct evaluations of personnel regarding their performance and behavior during the enablement process.
* Prepare monthly reports on assigned services so that efficiency in each service can be assessed.
* Report worker enablement status to the client and the planning department.
* Generate and send personnel deployment reports to MACOM and the client.
* Digitally archive all information related to their management.
* Provide support (at mine site or office) to workers facing any issues during work execution.
* Report deviations in management activities and regarding the allocated budget.
* Proficiency in TICA (UM Chinalco platform / 2 Personnel) is non-exclusionary
