Being part of an important agricultural project **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT** Responsible for providing computer-related technical support to end users, monitoring LAN and WIFI network operations, as well as monitoring internet service at the Supe Packings. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computing, Informatics, or Systems Engineering. * Minimum one year of experience in technical support or similar positions. * Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and communication networks. * Intermediate-level software proficiency: Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. * Must reside in Barranca or Supe (Pan-American Highway North). * Full-time availability with 48 working hours per week. **Responsibilities:** * Install and update computer programs and software. * Provide technical support to end users at the Packings. * Configure computers for LAN, WIFI, and Internet connectivity. * Monitor network \- WIFI \- Internet services. * Provide technical support for the Hispatec system. * Perform other tasks assigned by management. **Competencies:** * Teamwork and effective communication * Customer orientation * Responsibility * Problem-solving ability * Positive attitude and continuous improvement **We Offer:** Market-competitive salary (general labor regime) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 17:00 \- 02:00 hrs., and/or rotating daytime shifts.
