Position Summary: We are seeking a committed and passionate Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor for the mining sector to lead the maintenance of electrical equipment, instrumentation, and control systems. We are currently seeking (1\) **ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Electricity or Industrial Instrumentation; Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising technical personnel or leading electrical and industrial instrumentation maintenance work. * Mandatory experience in **desorption, electrowinning, and gold refining plants**. * Experience in fault diagnosis, maintenance planning, and coordination of critical maintenance tasks. * Specialization or diploma in Maintenance Management, Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, or Reliability (preferred). * Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, calibration, and control systems. * Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and frequency converters. * Ability to read electrical schematics and P\&ID diagrams. * Electrical safety and SSOMA procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, instrumentation, and control systems. * Coordinate maintenance activities for electric motors, induction furnaces, rectifiers, electrowinning cells, cooling systems, substations, and power lines. * Supervise diagnosis and resolution of electrical, instrumentation, and automation faults. * Monitor operation of sensors, transmitters, control valves, electrical panels, PLCs, SCADA, and frequency converters. * Plan technical staff activities and ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule. * Lead failure analysis, corrective actions, and equipment reliability improvements. * Coordinate with Operations and Refining departments to safely execute scheduled and emergency work. * Prepare technical reports and maintenance performance indicators. * Verify compliance with SSOMA, IPERC, ATS, PETS, PETAR, and LOTO procedures. **BENEFITS:** * 100% company-covered meals and accommodation. * 100% company-covered work uniform laundry service. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, profit-sharing, and vacation days). * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance). * Birthday leave day. * Commuting transportation from Barranca to Plant. **LOCATION: PARAMONGA \- BARRANCA.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Questions: * Do you have immediate availability? * What is your salary expectation? * How many people did you supervise? * How many years of experience do you have in processing plants and/or mining units?
