Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food production, pre-processing of ingredients, and maintenance of kitchen hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in production and preparation of ingredients 2. Responsible for cleaning equipment and environments 3. Preparation of side dishes and sauces **FOOD CONCESSIONAIRE** We are a food service concessionaire currently seeking to fill the position of Kitchen Assistant for distribution plants in Caral and Chiclayo. Two positions are needed in Caral and one in Chiclayo. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in the production process and preparation of ingredients and raw materials, ensuring optimal cleanliness of products, equipment, and kitchen utensils. * Pre-process ingredients such as vegetables and tubers for assigned services. * Manage the issuance of ingredients from the warehouse according to the weekly schedule. * Prepare and/or serve soup, rice, side dishes, soft drinks, appetizers, cereal, etc. * Clean pre-preparation tables, cooking tables, and the kitchen together with the cook. * Dry and prepare cups and trays for the assigned service. * Clean and disinfect general areas, equipment, utensils, and kitchen materials together with the cook. * Serve one of the meals as indicated or scheduled. * Prepare sauces (vinaigrettes, dressings, or chili-based sauces) and label them accordingly. * Prepare side dishes, rice (if qualified for this task), and lunch soup. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one * Timely salary payments * Statutory deductions * Family allowance * General regime \- 100% benefits REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum one year of experience in food concession services. **SCHEDULE** 5:00 AM TO 1:00 PM (CARAL) — ROTATING SCHEDULES MONDAY TO SATURDAY **CONTACT 997695892** Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
