Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Driver to ensure the efficient and safe transportation and custody of essential supplies for a mining plant. Key Highlights: 1. Full payroll with statutory benefits **Driver – A3C License** **Location:** Paramonga, Barranca **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Schedule:** 20 days on / 10 days off We are looking for a **responsible, proactive, and service-oriented** individual to join our team at a mineral processing plant located in Paramonga. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe pickup, transportation, and custody of goods or essential supplies for the processing plant. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct daily vehicle inspections before, during, and after each route (Checklist). * Request vehicle maintenance and inspections according to the schedule set by the relevant department. * Issue reports and alerts regarding mechanical conditions or incidents. * Operate and maintain the assigned vehicle, reporting any malfunctions. * Pickup, transport, and safeguard cargo according to assigned routes and schedules. * Comply with internal regulations and MTC guidelines. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or coordinator. **Minimum Requirements** * **Valid driver’s license:** A3C * **Education:** Completed secondary education * **Driving experience** in remote areas and rugged terrain * Experience in the mining sector (preferred) * Ability to operate 4x4 vehicles, dump trucks, trucks, vans, and similar units **Knowledge:** * Traffic regulations and road safety standards * Transportation procedures and cargo control protocols **What We Offer** * Formal employment at the plant * 20 days on / 10 days off work schedule with covered transportation * Career development opportunity * Full payroll with all statutory benefits Position Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside? * Please provide your current age. * Do you agree with the 20 days on / 10 days off work schedule? * Please provide your phone number and WhatsApp number. * Do you have experience as an A3C Driver?
