Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise and control civil works at a gold mineral processing plant, managing resources and ensuring standards. Key Highlights: 1. At ***PALTARUMI S.A.C.***, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are looking for a professional to fill the position of ***CIVIL ENGINEER.*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works, infrastructure, or construction projects within mining units or beneficiation plants. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, S10, and Intermediate/Advanced Excel. * Knowledge of quantity take-offs, valuations, budgeting, and schedule control. * Familiarity with quality standards, safety regulations (SSOMA), and civil works supervision. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of civil works, earthworks, concrete structures, and infrastructure works within the plant. * Monitor progress, costs, quantity take-offs, valuations, and adherence to construction schedules. * Manage material and equipment requirements and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely supply. * Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, site personnel, and heavy machinery. * Prepare progress, quality, productivity, and safety reports for department leadership. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards across all work fronts. **Benefits:** * Full company coverage of meals and accommodation. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, and vacation pay). * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Profit-sharing based on production. * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance per Law). * Birthday leave day. * Only commuting assistance from Barranca to the plant.
