At Auna, we operate with a comprehensive healthcare model centered on people, the most important pillar of our mission. **Job Mission:** Manage the collection of accounts receivable for the AUNA Clinic Network by continuously conducting collection activities and payment reconciliation. **Job Responsibilities:** Manage accounts receivable for corporate clients. Generate tactical actions to control the provision of uncollectible accounts and expedite document processing. Reconcile with clients invoice details, paid installments, corresponding payments, and proceed with compensation in the ERP system. Report collection status and perform required analyses for Treasury and Operations. Conduct payment reconciliations and bank reconciliations, submit supporting documents when discrepancies arise, hold meetings with clients and clinic operations coordinators to improve processes, document new cases, handle complaints, and monitor the deterioration of accounts receivable.
