We value accuracy, proactivity, and analytical ability. **We are looking for an Administrative Accounting Assistant to strengthen our team**. ***Requirements:*** *•\_* Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.\_ *•\_* Minimum 1 year of experience managing inventories and valued stock ledgers.\_ *•\_* Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables preferred).\_ *•\_* Knowledge of valuation methods (FIFO, Weighted Average).\_ *•\_* Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.\_ Residence: Near Ate (preferred) Immediate availability. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Record merchandise receipts and issuances in the system. * Maintain and update the valued stock ledger (FIFO or Weighted Average). * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Identify and report stock discrepancies (shortages, overages). * Prepare monthly valuation reports. * Coordinate with purchasing, production, and accounting departments. * Document control (delivery notes, invoices, receipt/issuance notes). * Support financial closing and audits. ***What We Value*** Accuracy, proactivity, and analytical ability.
