We are located in Huaura, north of Lima, 25 minutes from the Sacred City of Caral; and we are very proud to produce and export top-quality Peruvian fruit. **Do you want to join our team?** Join our selection process and become the **Technified Irrigation Manager** for our **avocado, mandarin, and blueberry crops**. **What are the requirements to apply?** * University professional (bachelor's degree or graduate) in agronomy or senior technical professional (mandatory). * Knowledge of **design, operation, and maintenance of irrigation systems** (installation and dismantling of irrigation valves and pumps, electrical system) **and fertilization** (dosage, mixtures, and dilutions). * Specialization in Irrigation and Fertilization Systems (desirable). * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technified irrigation for **fruit crops** (mandatory). * Intermediate level **Excel** skills (mandatory). * Experience with **ERP Nisira** system (desirable). * **Class A1 driver's license** (desirable). * Must **reside in areas adjacent to La Empedrada farm** – Northern Lima region or nearby areas (mandatory). * Must have **availability to reside at La Empedrada farm** from Monday to Saturday (mandatory). **What will be your mission?** Manage the technified irrigation system, ensuring proper irrigation and fertilization supply for the crops of agro-industrial company La Punta. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Develop and execute **irrigation and fertilization programs** for the farm's crops. * Plan and timely execute **preventive and corrective maintenance programs** for the technified irrigation system. * **Design and implement irrigation systems** for expansion of fruit crops. * Develop, execute, and monitor the **budget for irrigation, fertigation, and irrigation system maintenance**. * Supervise daily activities of the **team under your charge**. * Prepare and submit **periodic reports** to your direct supervisor and management. * Comply with all procedures and policies established by the company, as well as **good agricultural practices** (GAPs) required for fruit export (certifications ETI, Global Gap, FSMA, Tesco, Grasp, among others). * Perform other related duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Be part of a growing company in the agro-industrial sector. * Formal employment under the agricultural labor regime with full legal benefits. * 100% covered accommodation and meals. * Transportation provided between Huacho and the farm.
