Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed professional in engineering or biology with experience in inspection and sampling of hydrobiological products, knowledge of sanitary regulations, and management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Professional with a university degree in Fisheries Engineering, Biology, or related fields. 2. Knowledge of NTP ISO/IEC 17020 and sanitary legislation. 3. Experience in inspection and sampling of hydrobiological products. **PROFILE:** Professional with a university degree in Fisheries Engineering, Biology, Food Engineering, or related disciplines. ❑ Licensed and authorized professional. ❑ Knowledge of NTP ISO/IEC 17020\. ❑ Knowledge and interpretation of sampling plans. ❑ Knowledge of sanitary legislation (relevant to the field). ❑ Knowledge of hygienic-sanitary inspections, GMP, and HACCP. ❑ Knowledge of basic chemistry. ❑ Knowledge of basic microbiology. ❑ Knowledge of physical and sensory testing. ❑ Internal auditor training course. ❑ Knowledge of the production process of the items to be inspected. ❑ Knowledge of departmental procedures and instructions\-as applicable. **EXPERIENCE:** ❑ Minimum two (02) years of experience in inspection and sampling of hydrobiological products relevant to the position being hired for. (\*) Includes knowledge of the organization’s management system and the ability to implement administrative documents.
