In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of mineral products through meticulous inspection and sampling processes. * Conduct thorough inspections and sampling of mineral products to maintain quality standards. * Perform quality controls by categorizing the characteristics of each product. * Carry out moisture determination tests and prepare samples for subsequent analysis. * Supervise shipments of mineral products, ensuring proper handling and documentation. * Use specialized inspection tools and equipment to carry out quality control procedures. * Prepare accurate and detailed reports on inspection findings and test results. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement improvements. * Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices in mineral product inspection. * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all inspection activities. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education; technical studies or bachelor’s degree related to Engineering. * Proven experience in quality control or inspection functions, preferably within the mining industry. * Technical knowledge of mineral product inspection processes and standards. * Proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment. * Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a customer-focused team environment. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. * Knowledge of safety protocols for handling mineral products. * Availability to work on-site in Trujillo, Peru. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data management systems. * Advanced Spanish language skills highly desirable. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate agreements.
