Job Summary: PALTARUMI is seeking an Integrated Management System Engineer to manage and improve the IMS, administer documentation, coordinate audits, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and improves the Integrated Management System (IMS). 2. Coordinates internal and external audits, with follow-up on findings. 3. Provides support for legal compliance and process standardization. At **PALTARUMI**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of **INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) or quality management within industrial or service environments. * Experience supervising industrial services (e.g., cleaning, painting, maintenance, or similar). * Knowledge and application of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, including internal audits. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and Power BI. * Experience in document management, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement (PDCA), and intermediate Excel skills. * Analytical skills, organizational ability, effective communication, and a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. * **Availability to work under a 14x7 shift schedule in Paramonga \- Barranca** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. * Administer IMS documentation (procedures, records, forms), ensuring control and timely updates. * Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits, with follow-up on findings and corrective actions. * Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management to drive continuous improvement. * Provide cross-departmental support in legal compliance, risk management, training, and process standardization. **Benefits:** * 100% covered meals. * 100% covered accommodation. * Transportation to the city of Barranca. * Birthday leave day. * Statutory benefits. ***AVAILABILITY TO WORK UNDER A 14x7 SHIFT SCHEDULE\.*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have immediate availability? * What is your salary expectation?
