Job Summary: Lead research and development projects for product and process innovation, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. **Role Objective:** Lead applied research and technological development projects oriented toward product and process innovation, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze results and generate technical reports to support decision-making. * Design and execute scientific and technological research projects to deliver value-added solutions and meet the needs and questions of internal and external customers. * Develop experimental protocols, pilot tests, and technical validations to resolve issues and clarify uncertainties related to manufactured products. * Coordinate with production, quality, and commercial departments to implement improvements. * Foster open and respectful communication among team members and other departments, promoting a positive work environment and effective coordination. * Identify innovation opportunities in products, processes, and services to develop solutions meeting market needs. * Set clear daily goals and motivate the team, aligning performance with corporate values and production objectives. * Promote identification, assessment, and control of risks and opportunities per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring safe and sustainable operating conditions. * Supervise emergency response plans for environmental or safety incidents, aiming to ensure an effective and coordinated reaction to critical situations. * Ensure continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System for Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, promoting participation by all personnel and contractors. * Comply with operational, corporate, and tri-standard ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements to ensure process conformity with applicable internal and external requirements. * Implement preventive and corrective actions for nonconformities and incidents to ensure compliance with standards and prevent incidents. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of the Integrated Management System, ensuring traceability, regulatory validity, and information availability. * Promote and verify compliance with applicable legal requirements and standards in safety, occupational health, environment, and quality to maintain regulatory compliance and minimize legal risks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields. * 1\-2 years of experience in applied research and technological development projects; industrial sector experience preferred. * 3 years of experience in a research laboratory or quality control laboratory. * Experience in explosives manufacturing and related materials is desirable. * Advanced Office skills. * Intermediate English.
