* Develop and/or update policies, procedures, instructions, and other controlled documents of the document management system, based on the organizational process map, company objectives, and guidelines. * Review, analyze, and validate the execution of documented and undocumented processes within the organization. * Coordinate with the SIG department and various process owner areas to integrate organizational processes. * Identify and propose improvements in processes aligned with integration and optimization that contribute to process efficiency. * Identify and propose measurement tools that enhance process efficiency (KPIs or other indicators).
