




Job Summary: Verifies and validates documentation, licenses, and certifications required for workers’ entry and operation, updates accreditation records, and ensures compliance with requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage personnel authorization and accreditation for mine entry. 2. Coordinate entry processes and administer internal procedures. 3. Monitor suppliers and prepare personnel status reports. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** Verify and validate the documentation, licenses, and certifications necessary for workers to enter and operate within services. Additionally, maintain and update accreditation records, ensure personnel are informed about the requirements and procedures necessary for their accreditation and safe operation. Also maintain and update budget control records related to this function. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree and/or professional title in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Social Work, or Administrative Technician. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining accreditation and operational personnel authorization. * Knowledge of: Mine accreditation and entry, EMO, inductions, RRCC (Lockout), document control, and PPE. * Proficiency in TICA (UM Chinalco/2Personnel platform). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability for on-site mine work and/or extended working hours. **FUNCTIONS:** * Manage personnel authorization and accreditation, ensuring compliance with mine entry requirements. * Coordinate entry processes: medical examinations, inductions, and mandatory courses. * Accredit personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and vehicles for operational use at the plant. * Administer procedures such as SCTR, internal licenses, and customer requirement tracking. * Provide personnel support regarding accreditation process inquiries. * Monitor and track suppliers (clinics, training providers, insurance companies) and their invoices. * Prepare reports and maintain updated personnel status and safety records.
