




Job Summary: Verify and validate documentation and certifications required for worker entry and operation, maintaining accreditation records and budget control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage personnel authorization and accreditation for mine entry. 2. Coordinate entry processes, medical examinations, and inductions. 3. Administer procedures and provide support to personnel in accreditation processes. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** Verify and validate the necessary documentation, licenses, and certifications enabling workers to enter and operate within services. Additionally, maintain and update accreditation records, ensure personnel are informed about the requirements and procedures necessary for their accreditation and safe operation. Also maintain and update records of budget control for this function. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Social Work, or Administrative Technician. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mining accreditation and operational personnel authorization. * Knowledge of: Mine accreditation and entry, EMO, inductions, RRCC (Blocking), document control, and PPE. * Proficiency in TICA (UM Chinalco/2Personnel Platform). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability for on-site mine work and/or extended working hours. **FUNCTIONS:** * Manage personnel authorization and accreditation, ensuring compliance with mine entry requirements. * Coordinate entry processes: medical examinations, inductions, and mandatory training courses. * Accredit personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and vehicles for operational use at the facility. * Administer procedures such as SCTR, internal licenses, and tracking of client requirements. * Provide support to personnel regarding queries on accreditation processes. * Monitor and track suppliers (clinics, training courses, insurance providers) and their invoicing. * Prepare reports and maintain updated personnel status and safety records.
