Job Summary: We are seeking a Metallurgical Laboratory Supervisor with experience in processing polymetallic ores and metallurgical analysis to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in sampling, quality control, and good laboratory practices At **COPPERFIELD**, a leading polymetallic ore processing plant located in Barranca, we are looking for a **METALLURGICAL LABORATORY SUPERVISOR** available to work under a 14x7 regime. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Metallurgical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in metallurgical laboratories within mining operations. * Knowledge of sulfide mineral flotation, mass balancing, and metallurgical process optimization. * Experience in statistical analysis of metallurgical data and interpretation of laboratory and plant test results. * Proficiency in sampling, quality control, and application of good laboratory and safety practices. * Familiarity with metallurgical laboratory equipment and analytical tools (e.g., Excel or others), along with knowledge of plant operating procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Specialization in batch and cyclic flotation tests, particle size analysis, and plant metallurgical controls. * Preparation and interpretation of metallurgical balances and analysis of concentrate recovery and quality. * Application of statistical calculations for validation and analysis of metallurgical results. * Sample preparation, homogenization, and custody, ensuring traceability and reliability. * Monitoring of operational and metallurgical variables at the concentrator plant. * Preparation of technical reports, coordination of laboratory activities, and support for operational decision-making. **BENEFITS:** * Full coverage of meals and accommodation. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, and profit-sharing). * Shuttle bus service to the city of Barranca. * Birthday leave day. **AVAILABILITY TO WORK UNDER A 14X7 REGIME IN BARRANCA, PARAMONGA.** Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * Currently, WiFi signal is not available throughout the entire plant—only in certain zones; would this be an issue? * Please detail your main responsibilities and key projects successfully completed. * What is your salary expectation?
