Key interaction with mining suppliers At **Paltarumi S.A.C.**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are currently seeking a professional to fill this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate or technical professional in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of issuance and handling of accounting documents (sender and carrier waybills). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Weighbridge Operator, dispatch operator, administrative positions, or related roles. * Availability to work under a 14x7 work regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Weigh and record all vehicles entering and exiting the plant (minerals, supplies, waste, concentrate, etc.) * Review, verify, and accurately register sender and carrier waybills from mineral suppliers. * Assemble and close files with complete verifications and/or authorizations, delivering them promptly to the Compliance Department. * Inform the Operations Department of the arrival, type, and unit of measurement of all minerals to determine the unloading location. * Timely process new waybills in case of observations. * Provide guidance and support to mining suppliers regarding inquiries about their mineral processing. * Register, code, and deliver reference and batch mineral samples to the laboratory for respective analysis. * Maintain sample order (discrepancy/witness samples) according to assigned dates. * Prepare daily reports and submit them strictly to the designated person at scheduled times and before shift end. * Complete physical waybills and/or prepare electronic waybills via the SUNAT portal. **BENEFITS:** * Benefits according to law. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
