Job Summary: Paltarumi S.A.C. is seeking a professional to operate scales, manage accounting documents, and assist with the logistics of minerals and other materials at the plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Scale operation and vehicle registration at the plant 2. Management and verification of accounting documents (shipping guides) 3. Assistance and guidance to mining suppliers At **Paltarumi S.A.C.**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are currently seeking a professional to fill this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate or technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of issuing and handling accounting documents (sender and carrier shipping guides). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scale Operator, dispatch clerk, administrative staff, or related roles. * Availability to work under a 14x7 work regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Weigh and register all vehicles entering and exiting the plant (minerals, supplies, waste, concentrate, etc.). * Review, verify, and accurately record sender and carrier shipping guides from mineral suppliers. * Compile and close files with complete verifications and/or authorizations, delivering them promptly to the Compliance Department. * Notify the Operations Department of the arrival, type, and unit of measure of all minerals to determine the unloading location. * Timely process new shipping guides if existing ones are under observation. * Provide orientation and support to mining suppliers regarding inquiries about their mineral processing. * Register, code, and deliver reference and batch mineral samples to the laboratory for analysis. * Maintain sample order (discrepancy/witness samples) according to assigned dates. * Prepare daily reports and submit them strictly to the designated person within specified timeframes and before shift end. * Complete physical shipping guides and/or prepare electronic shipping guides via the SUNAT portal. **BENEFITS:** * Benefits in accordance with applicable law. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
