Job Summary: We are seeking proactive Production Operators for a water plant, responsible for processes, quality control, and hygienic maintenance within an Integrated Management System. Valid documentation. **Purpose of the Position** Directly participate in the production process, operate specific machines and tools required to obtain the product; follow production instructions step by step, verify and ensure compliance with procedures established in the IMS. **Main Responsibilities** 1. Responsible for complying with procedures, instructions, or internal standards according to the Quality Management System, food safety (GMP, SSOP, SOP, GHP), as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, all established within the Integrated Management System. 2. Actively participate in the implementation, adaptation, improvement, and effectiveness of the company’s management system. 3. Guarantee hygienic conditions in the work area, equipment, plant facilities, and perimeters. 4. Perform routine and deep cleaning according to the Hygiene Program, equipment, materials, and work areas. 5. Verify equipment functionality and report any malfunctions to the immediate supervisor. 6. Monitor operational parameters of equipment used during assigned tasks. 7. Support preventive and/or corrective maintenance of equipment, production area environments, and plant infrastructure. 8. Use resources and tools at disposal efficiently. 9. Execute work activities assigned by area supervisors, according to planned activities for each production line. 10. Responsible for completing assigned records and controls that demonstrate compliance with the Integrated Management System. 11. Report and inform promptly about any incident, occurrence, or deviation arising during plant operations. 12. Perform other related and ancillary duties assigned. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Certijoven and/or Certiadulto certification * Minimum 3 months’ experience as a production operator in the food industry (preferred) * Report in person at Av. Peralvillo 3160 \- Santa María \- Huaura, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Availability to work rotating shifts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
