**Job Description** PALTARUMI SAC, Gold Mineral Processing Plant, is seeking (01) **Professional Maintenance Intern.** **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * 1 year of experience in the mining or industrial sector. * Intermediate or advanced certification in Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of MS Project. * Knowledge of SAP (desirable). * Availability to work on-site at our Paramonga, Barranca plant. **Responsibilities:** * Maintenance planning and scheduling: Generating alerts and work orders; evaluating fieldwork scope; controlling daily reports; preparing weekly maintenance work schedules and the Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan; database analysis. * KPI monitoring: Identifying gaps relative to KPI targets. KPIs include: ICPRO (Scheduled Maintenance Compliance Index), ICPRE (Preventive Maintenance Compliance Index), Backlog (Pending Work), Availability, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), Productivity, among others. * Management of Electrical Department materials: Coordinating with warehouse to ensure availability of critical spare parts; updating material lists in the system and validating minimum stock levels. * Development and updating of electrical equipment maintenance plans.
