Participation in work programs POSITION: REGIONAL SUPERVISOR · REQUIREMENTS: Agricultural Technician or Technician in Agricultural Production Knowledge of agro-industrial crops Personnel management skills Microsoft Office: Intermediate level RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate fieldwork programs with the regional administrator. Supervise and verify that agricultural activities (soil preparation, planting, cultivation, and harvesting) are carried out timely, completely, and correctly. Participate in the development of various work programs. Assign and receive tasks from personnel according to work programs. Monitor attendance of assigned personnel. Coordinate responses to planters’ various inquiries.
