




Job Summary: Lead the implementation, deployment, and monitoring of ISO management systems, conducting audits, strategic consulting, and client training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and monitoring of ISO management systems. 2. Conduct internal and external audits, and manage certifications. 3. Provide strategic consulting and training to clients. Technical Experience: Proven implementation experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, ISO 37001, ISO 39001, ISO 17020, and ISO 17025 (Mandatory). Specialization: Knowledge and capability to implement ISO 17021, 22000, and 21001. Certification: Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification for the aforementioned standards is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong organizational ability, meticulous follow-up, and direct experience managing corporate clients. 1. Project Management Lead the implementation, deployment, and monitoring of management systems across the client portfolio, ensuring adherence to schedules, objectives, and organizational standards. 2. Document Control Develop, structure, and supervise documentation for the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with applicable international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, ISO 22000, among others). 3. Auditing and Certification Plan, conduct, and lead internal audits. Manage the identification and closure of nonconformities. Prepare clients for external certification audits. Lead the audit process to achieve client certification. 4. ISO Audit Execution Conduct internal and external audits in accordance with applicable ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, ISO 22000, among others), evaluating compliance with requirements, identifying findings, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement, and issuing corresponding reports. 5. Training Deliver training to clients on implemented ISO standards, ensuring correct understanding, application, and sustainability of management systems. 6. Strategic Consulting Coordinate directly with clients to: Ensure the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System Guarantee service satisfaction Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Propose strategic solutions aligned with client objectives 7. Other Duties Provide technical and commercial support to clients. Support Management in strategic and operational activities.
