Proactivity and strong communication skills At ***COPPERFIELD PERÚ S.A.C.***, a leading plant in the processing of polymetallic minerals, we are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of ***RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY).*** **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience in large-scale processes and end-to-end selection. * Intermediate Excel skills and experience with recruitment platforms. * Proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills. * Residency in nearby areas (Supe, Barranca, and Paramonga) **Responsibilities** * Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings and manage various talent attraction channels. * Conduct resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up. * Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and integration of new employees. * Manage multiple selection processes simultaneously. * Prepare recruitment metrics reports and tracking. **Skills** * Communication at all levels. * Organization. * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \- 6:30 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am \- 1:00 pm * 100% company-covered lunch. * Transportation to and from the plant. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, and profit-sharing) * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance).
