Advise the team of analysts and assistants, ensuring the implementation and control of good internal/external audit practices in credit and collections processes. Monitor and ensure compliance with the document flow of the order-to-cash process for AUNA companies, including sub-processes: determining reconciliation for late submissions, ensuring review of unrecorded documents and customer returns to coordinate proper registration with billing. Perform collection provision calculations according to the company's impairment model and Peru's Working Capital cycle. Manage collections and reconciliation for one of the company's strategic accounts. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or promote a person-centered care culture by providing quality and compassionate service. **Requirements:** Minimum professional (non-pre-professional) experience of 2 years in collections area as Senior. Completed university studies in management-related fields. Postgraduate studies desirable. Experience with SAP ERP R/3 desirable.
