Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising, sampling, verifying, and reporting on production processes to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Process reporting and tracking MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and proper use of PPE. · Sample finished products from boxes. · Verify that personnel work according to each client's production order. · Inspect raw materials prior to unloading (check product moisture content and quality when required). · Sample incoming raw materials at the plant. · Verify that personnel follow the production order and conduct process tracking. · Prepare the previous day’s process report. · Ensure all areas are organized and compliant with regulations. · Guarantee quality standards. · Report all process-related matters to the Plant Manager. · Submit process reports. · Verify at startup and during operations that personnel use appropriate work tools and required PPE. · Responsible for completing HACCP and GMP documentation. · Comply with company policies and regulations. · Other duties related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: \_Bachelor's degree or professional title in Food Industry Engineering or related fields. \_Minimum 1 year of experience in production operations within the agro-industrial sector. (Not mandatory) \_Knowledge of SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP. \_Resident of Barranca or nearby areas.
