Junior Engineer – Expediting and Schedule Control

Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in planning and maintenance at a concentrator plant to supervise and control activities during plant shutdowns. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in planning and/or maintenance at a concentrator plant 2. Monitoring and control of maintenance activities 3. Integration into a specialized technical team **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and/or maintenance at a concentrator plant or crushing equipment. * Experience or knowledge of gyratory crushers, conveyor belts, or apron feeders. * Experience in developing maintenance plans and identifying critical spare parts. * Knowledge of industrial safety. * Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and planning tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Track progress of maintenance activities during plant shutdowns. * Verify on-site availability of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for the service. * Monitor commencement, progress, and completion of scheduled activities. * Control planned vs. executed man-hours (HH) and intervention durations. * Identify and report deviations in schedule, resources, or execution. * Prepare daily reports and technical service reports. **Conditions:** * Employment regime at a mining unit. * Participation in maintenance services within large-scale mining operations. * Integration into a specialized technical team.
