Position Summary: PALTARUMI is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule activities, manage work orders, and analyze KPIs to optimize resources. Key Highlights: 1. Plans and schedules predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. 2. Manages work orders and administers SAP HANA for efficiency. 3. Analyzes KPIs to identify improvements and optimize costs. At ***PALTARUMI***, a gold mineral processing plant, we are seeking one (1) ***MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE PLANNER.*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Specialization, diploma, or studies in **Maintenance Management, Reliability, or Operational Planning**. * More than **5 years of experience** in similar roles within mining or industrial operations. * Experience in **maintenance planning, scheduling, and control**, backlog management, and KPI analysis. * Knowledge of **SAP HANA**, cost and budget management, project management, and technical English. * Availability to work under an atypical 14x7 schedule in Paramonga \- Barranca. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Plan and schedule** predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, optimizing labor hours (HH), spare parts, tools, and services. * **Manage work orders (WO)** from planning through closure, ensuring traceability and compliance with maintenance programs. * **Administer and update SAP HANA**, including maintenance plans, route sheets, standard times, assets, and spare parts cataloging. * **Analyze maintenance KPIs**, such as ICPRE, ICPRO, Backlog, available HH, and plant shutdown compliance, to identify improvement opportunities. * **Evaluate outcomes and resources utilized** during interventions, proposing efficiency-oriented improvements, asset availability enhancements, cost optimization, and safety improvements. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits (profit sharing, bonuses, CTS, and vacation). * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance per Law). * Birthday leave. * Full company coverage for meals and accommodation (100%). * Only commuting assistance from Barranca to the plant. **WORK LOCATION: PARAMONGA, BARRANCA** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Please detail the main responsibilities you have performed related to this position. * Are you immediately available? * What is your salary expectation?
