Position Summary: Innova Schools seeks an Early Childhood Teacher to transform education by preparing lessons and fostering a learning environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (for 3-year-olds) for the Huacho campus. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare class sessions considering students' needs and adhering to the Innova Schools pedagogical model. \- Deliver in-person classes to students. \- Establish and maintain an organized classroom environment that fosters learning. \- Support and guide students' work to promote development of expected competencies. \- Propose and implement improvements in teaching processes to achieve expected learning outcomes. \- Foster collaborative and respectful relationships with students' parents. REQUIREMENTS: \- Degree holder (Bachelor's or Licentiate) in Education. \- Experience delivering in-person classes. \- Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite and internet). \- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
