Supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution **Specialized service provider for the mining sector** is looking to hire top talent to strengthen its logistics team and actively contribute to the organization’s operational efficiency and sustainable growth. **Purpose of the Position** To ensure efficient planning, coordination, and control of logistics operations, guaranteeing proper management of procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution of resources, in compliance with established safety, quality, and timeline standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verification and control of purchases, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up. * Management and control of material, equipment, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) procurement, ensuring their timely availability for service. * Preparation of logistics reports (PPE consumption, inventory turnover, minimum stock levels, material valuation). * Logistics documentation control (waybills, service orders, delivery and receipt records). * Support in optimizing logistics costs and continuously improving warehouse processes. * Compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures for logistics operations within mining units. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in roles related to this position within service companies or similar industries. * ERP knowledge: NISIRA. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving ability.
