Procurement and Logistics Management **Purpose of the Position** Lead the supply chain, ensuring that technical and material resources reach operations efficiently, safely, and with strict cost control through the use of the **Nisira** system. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Academic Qualification: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 03 years of experience in similar positions, leading procurement or warehouse functions exclusively in the hydrocarbons, mining, or energy sectors. * Proficiency in NISIRA ERP \- Procurement and Warehouse modules. (Desirable) * Prior experience in human resources or a similar role (preferred, not mandatory). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Basic knowledge of storage standards and industrial safety regulations. * Control of critical stock for plant shutdowns and preventive/corrective maintenance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and supervise the annual procurement plan aligned with active project budgets. * Lead negotiations with national and international suppliers to ensure acquisition of technical supplies (valves, pipes, PPE, etc.) at optimal cost\-quality ratios. * Supervise proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring emergency stock (critical materials) never runs out. * Negotiate with suppliers (pricing, credit terms, and purchase conditions). * Issue and manage purchase and service orders. * Coordinate logistics and transportation for efficient deliveries. * Control procurement documentation for monthly accounting closures. * Prepare expense forecasts and departmental reports. * Monitor supplier payments and coordinate to prevent disruptions. * Propose process improvements within the department. * Manage supplier documentation (quality, credit, registrations). * Monitor department performance using key indicators such as delivery time (Lead Time), inventory turnover, and procurement savings.
