Develop and control quality protocols and field tests. **Join our team as a Construction Quality Supervisor!** We are looking for a professional to execute and oversee field inspection processes, ensuring compliance with project quality standards. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within industrial or construction projects. * **Residence:** Willingness to work in Huaura or preferably reside in nearby areas. * **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding and application of quality standards (ACI, AISC, ASME, AWS, IEC, RNE), as well as proficiency in developing and releasing quality protocols and field tests. * **Tools:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise field quality controls for civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, aligned with the Inspection Point Plan (IPP). * Validate material receipt on site by reviewing traceability and certificates. * Daily development and updating of quality protocols, and control of conducted field tests. * Monitor validity of measurement equipment and instruments used in the project. * Structure and compile all technical documentation for assembling and closing the Quality Dossier. * Support implementation of the company’s Quality Plan and report any observations or findings.
