Job Summary: Paltarumi is seeking a committed and passionate Metallurgical Laboratory Analyst for the mining sector to evaluate plant performance and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for (1\) **METALLURGICAL LABORATORY ANALYST** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemistry, or a technical field. * Experience in bottle roll tests (cyanidation and leaching tests). * Solid knowledge of Work Index and sieve analysis methods. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a metallurgical laboratory or concentrator plant. * Knowledge of metallurgical testing, metallurgical balances, sampling, and process control. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze daily operational and metallurgical data to evaluate plant performance and its key indicators. * Execute and coordinate sampling, metallurgical testing, and laboratory quality control. * Prepare metallurgical balances, technical reports, and management indicators (KPIs). * Monitor critical process variables and identify deviations, proposing corrective actions. * Design and execute metallurgical tests to optimize mineral recovery and processing. * Evaluate and propose improvements to grinding, leaching, thickening, and filtration processes. * Supervise proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments. * Comply with and promote safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality policies. **BENEFITS:** * Full company coverage of meals and accommodation (100%). * Full company coverage of work uniform laundry service (100%). * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, profit sharing, and vacation). * Insurance (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance as required by law). * Birthday leave day. * Commuting transportation from Barranca to the plant. **LOCATION: PARAMONGA \- BARRANCA.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you foresee any issues with the absence of cellular signal at the plant?
