QUIMICAFE is looking for you to become part of the family of the best expert cook for our concessionaire!!! FUNCTIONS: Prepare 2 daily main dishes, exclusively stews (no rice). Prepare 1 bucket of soft drink and boil potatoes. Prepare daily ingredient requisitions for food preparation. Coordinate with assistants for daily dish preparation. Maintain and supervise good manufacturing practices before, during, and after dish preparation. Support in activities assigned by your immediate supervisor. Carry out other functions within your area of competence assigned to achieve departmental objectives. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 6 months’ experience as a cook. - Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with rest days (Sundays and holidays). - Availability to work under pressure.
