* Licensed civil, mechanical engineer or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the position or similar roles leading fabrication and installation projects of steel structures for buildings, toll booths or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling and installing steel structures. * Knowledge and adaptability to Management Systems. * Lead project planning, control, and monitoring. * Proficient in the Last Planner System methodology. * Residing in Cusco (desirable).
