Job Summary: We are seeking warehouse staff with experience in handling goods, inventory management, and waybills, capable of working in an organized manner and under pressure during rotating shifts. Warehouse order maintenance and cleaning *We are a leading company in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods and are currently recruiting warehouse staff to join our team at our Poroy, Cusco branch.* **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in warehousing, dispatch, receiving, or goods distribution. * Basic knowledge of inventory control and waybill handling. * Ability to work in an organized, responsible, and pressure-resistant manner. * Residence in Poroy or nearby areas of Cusco. * Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts. * Access to personal transportation or convenient means of commuting to the workplace. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, and record incoming and outgoing goods. * Organize and store products in assigned locations, ensuring proper preservation. * Prepare and dispatch orders according to the established schedule. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety best practices in the warehouse. * Participate in physical inventories and report any incidents to the area supervisor. * Comply with company-established safety procedures and regulations. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, profit-sharing, EsSalud, and family allowance). * Remuneration: S/ 1200 * Mobility bonus of S/ 150, subject to attendance. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Complimentary uniforms. * Ongoing training. * Job stability and growth opportunities within a solid and expanding company.
