We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN. CUSCO REGION** *Requirements:* - Technical training in computer science or telecommunications networks. - Minimum 6 months of experience. - Valid driver's license is mandatory. *Responsibilities:* * Installation of pre-connectorized FTTH (GPON technology) drop cables, router installation, and service activation in residential and corporate premises according to schedule. * Installation/activation of HFC services + router. * UTP cabling in residential and corporate premises according to schedule. * Completion of service acceptance certificates and entry of requested information into Telefónica’s systems. * Submission of photographic reports and inventory control of assigned materials. * Execution of assigned tasks and adherence to customer service guidelines. * Customer communication. * Working at heights, optical fiber laying, and pole installations. * Service activations for customers and troubleshooting. * Compliance with KPIs (key performance indicators). * Daily reporting to immediate supervisor. * Other duties inherent to the position.
