**OILTECH PERÚ S.A.C.** is seeking proactive, responsible mechanical technical students with a **strong desire to learn on the job**, possessing knowledge in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of systems (automotive or industrial), proficiency in using tools (mechanical, electrical, electronic), and familiarity with industrial safety standards, applying technical norms to optimize processes and resolve issues in diverse machinery. **Technical Knowledge and Skills**: * Support corrective and preventive maintenance of machines, electric motors, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic systems. * Collaborate in the assembly, installation, and repair of electrical systems (wiring, control panels, motors, automation). * Assist in identifying faults and malfunctions in electrical and mechanical systems, performing measurements and repairs. * Install and verify industrial electronic components and contactor-based controls on machinery. * Interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications to carry out tasks. **Attitudes and Soft Skills:** * Proactivity and willingness. * Teamwork. * Results-oriented. **Requirements:** * Must be a student in the final cycles of technical programs in Electricity, Mechanics, or related fields. * Studies at SENATI (not mandatory). * Immediate availability to start work. * No police, judicial, or criminal records. **Benefits:** * Continuous learning. * Hands-on experience with innovative equipment and a positive work environment.
